Originally from the Northeast, James started his career in construction while attending Penn State, later transitioning into financial planning where he built a strong foundation in market trends, investment strategy, and wealth management. After the events of 2001, James made a life-changing decision to serve in the U.S. military. Across multiple deployments, he developed a strategic mindset, a deep sense of discipline, and a lasting commitment to service—qualities he now brings to his real estate practice.
James first discovered Florida during a PCS move and instantly felt at home. From the coastal charm of Longboat Key to the shopping and dining in St. Armands Circle and Hyde Park, he and his family embraced the lifestyle, blending leisure with opportunity. With his background in construction and finance, stepping into real estate was a natural next chapter.
